The room had a flat-screen TV, comfy seating area, and soundproof walls. I loved waking up to the beautiful river views from my room. Plus, the private bathroom with a bath and shower was a luxurious touch. As a traveler who appreciates comfort and a great view, this room was perfect for me.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathrobes provided in the double room. But hey, that's just my taste and someone else might enjoy them.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the city center, but in a very quiet place by the river. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful pool area that had plenty of cabanas and umbrellas to relax under. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering me both an early check-in and late check-out. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. The breakfast provided a great variety of Asian and Western options, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and lovely.

We got excellent value for our money at Bay Resort Hoi An. The room was modern and well-furnished, with thoughtful amenities like international plugs and USB charging ports. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Ancient old town and markets. The staff were exceptional, accommodating, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Bay Resort Hoi An was the perfect choice for my recent business trip to Hoi An. The hotel, selected by my director, had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There was one minor downside to my stay.

I keep coming back to this resort for its amazing staff who once helped me find my lost necklace. It has all I need: free Wi-Fi & parking, 24-hour reception & security, babysitting, infinity pool, AC.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city as it is just across the river from the Old Town. The rooms are well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom and fully stocked bar fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including both Western and local dishes, and the Vietnamese coffee is excellent.

One minor drawback is the lack of a concierge or guest services at the front desk, which would have been helpful for arranging activities in and around the city.
